Pro Admin domain expiration, what to do?

hi guys, i think our name has expired and i am wondering what to do to activate it again, this happens every year, why? :-)
the person who created the site is not with us any more, i am admin but do not have access to sort this problem and am not in contact or can contact the creator, does this mean we have to close the site?

Only the founder can fix this issue.

hi thanks, i can get in to the forum and admin panel but the other guys tell me it takes them to go daddy...
i have what i thought was the founders login and passwaord that he gave us when he left but it dosent seem to work...

no man, just normal admin mode

i tried logging in normal under his name and password and nada
i can log in under my own but thats no good oviously :-/

When the founder left, did he or she give the founder account to someone else?

no... dont know why... but we need to get back in and change that, one of the guys sorted it last year so im sure we can do it again but yes, we need to sort out the founder profile

i am in contact with him at the moment but he also hasnt been on the site but he says he can help us and as soon as i get the right info i will sort things out hopefully...
why does it have to be renewed every year? like if the site is active? thaks

Domain names last only for a year.  You have to renewal it every year.

As stated above, a domain runs out every year and you will need to renew it. Shall we consider this problem solved?

The domaine expired every year and the founder has to renew it.
