Re: forum abuse
Hello @marie1234,
What you see there is an abuse complaint sent via Report option on your forum. It is from one of your members. It has nothing to do with Forumotion itself (Report feature enables your members to report abuses to you and then you act as you think is best). This means you can simply ignore it. That is what I would do since the member that complained did not state any serious argument and explained you in details what is the complaint about.

Re: forum abuse
Hello Marie1234,
This is just as the Mad Scientist has informed you of. This is a simple report that someone has made towards your website. Forumotion does not see these and has no part in these as they are just small things that others are trying to get to you about. However, if your site did break the Forumotion TOS in any way, they could file a litigation against your website of which then the Forumotion staff would take a look into and would take action. But according to what this person has stated in their message to you, it sounds as though this is referring to a gaming server. If this is the case just ignore it and you will have no problem. Though this person can continue to report your website like they did in the incident you have just experienced, your website will not be punished in any way as what you are doing isn't anything that violates the TOS of Forumotion. As long as you are following the TOS, your website is perfectly fine!
Hope you have a wonderful rest of your day and I hope this clears things up for you!
