Description of problem

I am concerned that my website is somehow linking to this maleware site. I have run it through a sucuri sitecheck and it indicated that something was amiss, I'm really worried the site has somehow been tampered with; I have checked my own computer and found nothing amiss.

Check your forum for any links to questionable sites - codes, messages, widgets, etc. Do you have ads on your forum?

I will double check the affiliates section but my skill with coding is extremely limited and I would need assistance. We have a process for checking coding before applying it so we do it rarely and currently have no other persons with admin panel access other than myself.

Why do you not have your forum link in your profile here?

I had included it in the original request and updated profile to include necessary data; I analogize for not including that prior. I believe me subscription to no adds is still in effect.

Hello,

A malware informs you, there are some links or pages to clear up on your forum. There is no link with our service. There is just something wrong on your forum. Most of the a malware comes from an external links added!
It happens sometimes. No panic, you just have to note domaines provided by the malware page and verify on your forum that no page has this domaine (verify images, widgets, partners'links...)
For a better cleaning, go on Google webmaster tools: Outils Webmaster Google. If you already have a google email address, you just have to log. Once log, you can add a web site and make a diagnostic.

For more information, you can read the followinf tutorial:
http://help.forumotion.com/t128897-how-to-clean-up-your-forum-after-a-google-chrome-malware-alert

There is also an excellent website to check your forum: http://sitecheck.sucuri.net/
This site will help you to know where the walware comes from Smile

In addition, you can clear you computer thanks to Adwcleaner and Malwarebytes antimalwares! It is very fast to setup and very effective.

I hope it helps :rose:

Thank you, I do realize it is a issue with my site, you have helped which is what I was hoping for in dealing with the issue, I'm going to have to figure out how I am gonna remove these by hand.

I have signed up with google for the webmaster tools and it is helping me understand how better to eliminate the problem.

Do you recommend utilizing the paid services of Sucuri?
