Solved ACP Restrictions

Post by Eugeo Igvalt February 1st 2015, 9:18 pm

Hello.

I am currently undergoing interviews in my forums for hiring new Admins. Now I have 1 concern. If an Admin gets in the Takeover mood well we can stop him. There's the Founder plus utilities, but what if an Admin destroys my JS codes or my CSS? This a concern my Head Admins have. We have 3 Admin ranks. Head Admin, Senior Admin and Admin. These new Admins would be in the standard Admin rank. still they have access to anything. Unlike IPB where I can control what Admin can do what. I wanna know if it's possible here. How can I restrict a select group of Admins from not seeing or entering the CSS Stylesheet, the Html and Javascript areas and the USergroup of Admins (the one that comes already made with the forum)

the founder tools should restore everything if it gets messed up but.. its always good to keep backup of js and your css and any template mods you do ... as far as restricting admins from those areas there nothing you can do the only area they cant see is your templates i do believe

all right then. And Yeah it's true I can see the templates via founder but I can't see them in my Head Admin account. I will make a backup of all my codes then ^^
