New user can't register - email already in use?
Hi ,
I admin this forum http://iossc.forumotion.co.uk.
I've had a few prospective members complain they can't register as their email is already in use by another member. I've check the existing members and there are no duplicates.
Any ideas/solutions?
All advice and help is greatly appreciated,
Mark
