Solved cannot log in

Even If i know my username and password which I wrote down on paper in order to remember I cannot be recognized and cannot log in. I cannot reset my password either as the control does not allow me to do so. So I am logged off. My forum link is http://artisfun.forumotion.com/?pid=1

If you are the Founder then you can reset your password by following the steps in this tutorial: https://help.forumotion.com/t127211-password-problems-or-lost-your-founder-s-password
