Forum Chat Box says Server Down?

Take a look at this screenshot, anyone know how to fix this so my Members can get back to chatting? (My forums is Phhb2)



should I just reset it back to forumotion Chat?

According to this https://servimg.com/view/18632142/96 image you are using a third-party code in which modifies the default Forumotion chatbox!

I assure you that the server is not down and the default chatbox is working perfectly.

Ah your using AWC my friend? Yeah all the old verisions broke when they made the new chatbox, LG has released a temporary verision that you can chat in for now. You can find the installation instructions here: http://www.avacweb.com/t2016-avacweb-chat-update-thread

Ok, I want the AVG Forum chat removed then and Replaced back to the orginal version for Forumotion. The link to my forums is www.revocation.forumotion.com

AWC works my man, you just have to change the verision number to 'temp' and it will let you and your members connect. It is easy to do, however, if you want fm's standard chat back (which by the way is already there, awc is just a plugin for it), then you must uninstal the awc chat config Javascript and css, however, I think you will find the standard fm chatbox is already on your forum www.revocation.forumotion.com/chatbox .

awc chat can be disabled in acp>modules>javascript managment

find the script for it and delete it or edit it and uncheck all placement options to keep the script but disable it


you can have the default chat by going to acp>modules>chatbox>configuration
