Hi
I deleted Forum - error Sad
And I changed my address
From - EMAIL ADDRESS REMOVED
To - EMAIL ADDRESS REMOVED
How do I reconstruct the forum?

If you are the founder you can reset your password by following the steps in this tutorial: https://help.forumotion.com/t127211-password-problems-or-lost-your-founder-s-password

That is if you still know the email address you created the forum with, for info on this you can see: https://help.forumotion.com/t127212-foundation-email

ok what you will need to do is send the following info to me and i will ask for your forum to be backed up

please PM me the following
All Email addresses you may have used.
URL of the forum you need to be restored
Founders username before the account was deleted.


Note: your forum may not be backed up until monday as the Pro admin is out of the office on weekends

You will need to use the backup tool it should be the same as your ACP info unless you changed it at some point.

Ok i now get what your asking you want your address to be changed to your old one not a forum recovery

Go to ACP >> General tab >>
 Forum Recovery? Configuration Forum >> Forum Address change the address in the Box

then save

if you want a new password for your backup tools please pm Base with your account info and he will do your password reset but you will need to read this info first

the way i asked you to do it is the only way if you are the founder making a backup of your forum will not change the address but if you read the post before this i made an edit on it
