Solved Installing a non hitskin theme.

I have a new theme I want to install to my forum but where it's not from hitskin I'm not 100% how to do so. 

The theme I want to install is:
http://www.phpbb3styles.net/db/style/ultra_light

Hello @Silverback,

Once you download the theme you need to go to your Admin Panel > Display > Skins > Themes management
and first upload your theme by Importing it onto your forum.
Then if there are any templates in the documents you downloaded you need to add them to
Admin Panel > Display > Templates
and edit the templates you want.

That's all you need to do! Smile

Every time I attemp to upload anything all I get is "Import ended." and nothing is added Confused

Τhe download has only the theme or templates and javascripts (and css) ?

Yes you need to add the templates and the CSS in order to see the effects.

This theme was not  created for forumotion forums originally correct? If it was not, then the codes may need slight re adjusts, forumotion does not use the official version of phpbb3 but a modified versions.

May you post the codes (CSS, HTML, Javascript, ETC) so that we can all take a look a them and try to help you accordingly. Smile

Aaaahhh I didnt know forumotion used a modified version, Yeah thats properly the reason it isnt working.

you will probably have to manually install it. but theirs no guarantee it will work because the elements could be different .. but you can have a look in the promotion section there are some forums dedicated to making themes for forumotion and perhaps you can find something similar
