Description of problem
Excuse me as I'm quite new to how BBcodes and whatnot work. I'm not exactly sure how to put a song into a thread only. Could anyone be of assistance?I did find a thread on this or something similar to this, but it was already solved and I had no idea what he was saying within the thread. My apologies.
Re: HOW TO ADD IN SONGS
Hello,
Are you trying to add a song from your computer (file) or one that is already on the web (Youtube, audio hosting provider, etc)?

Re: HOW TO ADD IN SONGS
I'm trying to add songs from YouTube. I know there's the way of embedding it, with BBcode. I dislike that way, however, because it pops up in my posts, a full-sized YouTube video. I was wondering if there was any way for me to post without having the whole video there. Maybe like a small dock where others can click the play button? While you're at it, could you teach me autoplay features and how to use it?
Re: HOW TO ADD IN SONGS
I do not know if there is a way to do that, I do know there is a code out there that can be used to re-size every youtube video posted. I will try to get the link for you.
I also do not what you mean by auto play.

Re: HOW TO ADD IN SONGS
Auto play as in the video automatically plays without you clicking the play button. As for the link, is that members only or admin?
Re: HOW TO ADD IN SONGS
It must be installed by an admin in the acp.
I do not think there is a way to make the video auto play, that is how youtube has their embed system set up, so therefore it is done by Youtube. Sorry .

Re: HOW TO ADD IN SONGS
yes there is a way as long as you have the link and know how to code or script. just add to the code after the video link in embode code
?&autoplay=1;showinfo=0
Just Before The frameborder tag so it will look like this:
src="http://youtube link/&autoplay=1;showinfo=0" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen
you can do this with youtube playlist well as long as you have the playlist link looks like this:
src="https://youtube link?list=playlist id&autoplay=1;showinfo=0" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen
hope this helps out and hope i didn't break any forumotion rules by posting this
