Poll bugs?

Hello ForuMotion.

Today I've noticed something weird on my polls.

Some members weren't able to vote so I checked the permissions, and I shockingly noticed that in some other sections allow guests to vote was turned on. (I clearly remember not checking this permission to be that). So I wanted to put it into the test, as a guest, I couldn't vote. <- doesn't this mean this's a bug O.o?

Anyways, I guess what I'm trying to say is... why aren't some members able to vote on the polls?
Note: The section permissions of this one were normal and it allowed all members to vote.

Thanks for your help~

Maybe the poll your member(s) tried voting to had ended/expired? If it was not a never ending poll (Ending time set to 0) then the poll automatically end/close at the set time. Allowing no one else to vote in it.

Hello @brandon_g, The poll had no limitation of time.
Somehow... some members are unable to vote..

Could you ask the members who can not vote which devices and browsers they are using?

Also ask them to clear their browsers' histories and caches.  And delete forum cookies.

I will ask them to do, but a note to things, I used a different account I had, and I couldn't vote using it while I was able to in the original account. Dunno if this helps in anything, I just had to mention it.

I'll reply about the browser stuff later on.

I resynchronized them. I've made a testing poll and things seemed normal, though right now there's another poll on going and I'd like this thread to stay open until I see if this will happen again or not in the current poll.

Thanks for your time =)
