What do you mean by advertising banner? Could you link a sample, please?

He wants an advertisement made.  =)   Thus it saying stuff like "Join Today!" and the like. 
He's not specific on colors or appearance, though, so you may just need to use his forum skin as a feel for a direction to go.  I wish I could be more helpful than that, but I can't do animations.  xD

yes, as leah7 said  i need a Animated Logo saying Poke Pros ect idc what colors or images aslong as they are pokemon specific   I would like it to say Poke Pros then switch over to Join today? if not then what ever you think would fit
