Background Issue

I have recently Tried To add a background to my style as barriers , it consists of 2 bars and this is its link http://www11.0zz0.com/2015/04/21/16/877356629.png

and the issue is how to add this 2 Bars Back ground to my forum

although i tried to add them in the background area in the Style

You can stretch and apply backgrounds via CSS.
Display > Colors > CSS stylesheet
