Solved Can't Create New PM in Mobile Classic Version

Post by FrOsTyXi on April 22nd 2015, 2:59 pm

Hello @Ange Tuteur  I added this code in to redirect after a pm to the inbox, but I have gotten reports that when using the forum on a mobile device when selecting "New PM" the page just keeps loading and restarting the load never getting to the point where you can actually create the pm, is there a way to fix this issue?

Here is the code:
Code:
if (/\/privmsg/.test(window.location.pathname) && document.title == 'Information') window.location.pathname = '/privmsg';

If they're getting "Information" in the title, it's most likely showing them an error message. Do you disallow members to send PMs until a certain amount of posts ?

That's fine, thanks for letting me know. Smile

It's not the most ideal method, because PM errors will redirect you to the inbox the same as after sending a message. Hopefully this will just be a temporary solution, because it's not ideal. Wink
