Why is it that it says that our forum name is taken when it really isn't?

We are trying to set up a forum, it tells us that our preferred name is taken but when we try to find that forum name it tells us it doesn't exit. Please help.

I am not sure what you mean. When I try to create forum it says type in "title of forum" every time I do this it says title name is already in existence. When we then try to find the title it says that it doesn't exist.

Try it with out the caps, that should work for you
