Default Avatar Not Changing

Hello I have set default avatar before and all members with no avatar the image changed, well tried to do that today and it is selective on what member it will change the default avatar.

Any fix for this?

Hello,

I believe it will only add the default avatar to all members that registered after it was added. Any member with no avatar that registered before you registered might not have one and may need to be added by you manually.
