[Only topic] Web Mail is not working

Good morning,

This is Jan again I changed my group name to www.bipolarandsupport.com all seems to be in order:)

I came across web mail and created one it is jan@bipolarandsupport.com.

I am trying to sign in to the "Web Mail" and it is not letting me, I am using the name I have chosen for it and my pass word, is that correct?

I do not know why it is not allowing me access? It continually states "log in failed"? Does it require a wait period before you are able to access?

Is this email address through your forumotion ACP or another service?

can i ask? when adding the Email address in the username box are you adding it like this ?
jan@bipolarandsupport.com.
if so there is a problem here you have a "." on the end the system will not read that data you need to remove the Email address and remake it in the ACP and make sure you remove the dot on the end then give it 5 mins and then try again.

I am logged into web mail and love the inbox totally, but now I seem to not be able to receive any emails when I tested it out, it says in the email delayed in the email inbox I sent it from?

I just tested it out I can not receive any email I try to send to that email which is again jan@bipolarandsupport.com

Hi Buttercup good afternoon,

I am logged into the web mail it is great, but when I send myself a test email from another one of my email accounts it does not come through, I get a reply at that email though that says it is "delayed."
I have never gotten any email at the web mail inbox I have tried from varies different email accounts too?

You exactly can create up to 10 accounts when you use a domain name.

Or does she have to do it, where do we go to do so, I apologize I am working with permissions right now for my forum and I am trying to write some stuff down so I do not forget?

I just clicked the link you gave me thank you, it provided me with this url www.webmail.yourdomain.com

Does that mean the name of my forum, "domain name?'

so I typed in the address bar www.webmail.bipolarandsupport.com
for bipolarandsupport is the name of my forum?

And it did not show up took me to a search page?

Do you know when the web mail is going to be fixed/done by the staff? I do not know where to look and how I will know when they are completed, is all, no rush.

Normally issues with Webmail are over. You should be able to send and receive email properly.
