Could you please look in your basic css (Display > Colors > CSS Stylesheet) for:
fieldset dd:hover 
OR
fieldset dd:after



And post them here

If you are referring to the boxes not appearing, I did not have that issue when I visited your forum.

Nah sometimes it said that a certain account was in use. I think its good now.
