About shorten link in forum

Hi all, I am a newbie
I am using some shorten link service, now I want all links in my fourm that posted will be shorten by shorten link service ( example ouo.io ), so someone can tell me how to do that ?

You would have to have all your members put the link in through the service then copy and paste the short link into the forum.

I tried used a script provided by ouo, then all link I post in forum shorten, but I have a problem, that script not only shorts links posted by member, it also short link of functional button ( edit thread, new thread, etc ) and link to ACP. So I am needing a better solution
