Hello

Did you read this tutorial about Facebook Connect? If you set up the option properly, could you please provide a screenshot so that we understand the problem.

Thanks

I have seen the tutorial but it is an old version and all the options on Facebook have changed, an updated version would be useful if possible. I will try and screenshot what I get.
Thanks

Solved Re: Facebook log in

I did see that but the application on Facebook already says the required API version as my forum is very new. As for the codes I really don't understand them so don't use them, I can work a computer well but that gets a little beyond me. Facebook has no help section and I think they make it too hard to sort out the application, this is a shame as it's one of the reasons I chose forum option for it FB log in option.

Yes that's what I've tried to do but when I submit it with Facebook it gets rejected as will not let them log in either. I don't know if I'm doing it right or not, it seems so complicated unfortunately.
Thanks

Try this:

Profile > Preferences
Press the associate button for Facebook Connect.

Members before you activated Facebook Connect will need to do this.  New members will not have to do it.
