Hi,

Unfortunately the only way to restore the thread would be to perform a backup via the utilities http://www.forumotion.com/utils but that would delete everything you've done since the deleted topic.

Tried to do that but it keeps telling me the login and password are incorrect.

Your forum password might not be your utilities password. If you've changed your password on the forums it will still be the old password for the utilities.

Remember its also either the foundation email or forum address to log into the utilities, not your forum username.

If you still can't get into the utilities then send me a private message with your foundation email and I will sync your utilities password with your forum password. So you can log into the utilities using your forum password.

How would you get his password from his forum?

He has a tool that allows him to see some information. I believe it will not tell him the actual password, just give him a tool to sync them both together.
