Delection of members in bulk

i feel like an idiot needing this help.  what can u do lol

my buddy and i were running the forum, he was in control of the controls of the members.  he went offline and never returned.  he is in another country so.. i have no idea what happened. anyways to the issue.

i wanna clear out most of the members on my forum.  it's a ghost forum (non-active now) but im considering on doing a revape of it.  i wanna remove 90% of the members.  NOT all.  how can i do that?  i cant actually do a inactive delete as that would remove all. lol. i dont care to ban the people.. just delete them.
and is there a way to do a mass delete or a Annoying 1 by 1.

administration panel -> Users and Groups -> User Management -> Management:
mark to erase.
select having less than: XX messages ,put a high number of messages that any member has been achieved, then select the button generate user list, this creates a list of all users who have not reached that number of messages then click the button erase and remain deleted

You will have to go through each member profile and delete the ones you want.

AP > Users & Groups > Users > Search Users
