Description of problem

The screenshot above is of the preferences settings . The screenshot is the way I have myself and e1 elses set . As far as I knew these settings enabled emails and notifications for members active in watched topics ( among other things ). As I get all the emails and notifications . I assumed e1 else does also . My question is . Do I have them set to the correct settings for what I described ?

Members will have to set those settings themselves.

You can modify them by administrating their profile though. Just go to the user's profile and hit 'Adminstrate Member'.
