alternative forum design
i want a different forum design than the standard forumotion one or the multi forums in one that i'm using now
something with multiple columns that has enough space for images and has a more sleek organized design
the tables in these two are close to what i want. i would try to mix the header of the 2nd with the grid of the first. if someone has the tutorial for either post it below. the 2 column style of this forum even works for me more than multi forums in one.
if this code didn't effect the chatbox i could work with it.

- Code:
.forabg {
display:inline-block;
vertical-align:top;
margin:3px;
width:45%;
}
if this code didn't effect the chatbox i could work with it.

Re: alternative forum design
Well as I said on FMDesign, one of those pics are of Admins Talk, I am an administrator there, it started out with Ange's theme and was added onto by our founder Ikerepc via the templates. We also used images and other stuff, but mainly css, Javascript and the templates.

How would like us to help you? The admins of the sites above most likely customized the designs of the forum themself. Therefore you would have to find a way to blend all 3 together. If there is A specific thing we can help you with, what is it?

Re: alternative forum design
first we could fix the coding i posted by having it not affect the chatbox and only splitting the forum into 2 columns. then we could code the tables similar to the 2nd pic with like a 5px padding. we could probably figure out how to seperate the heading like the third and for the pics thats easy to add once the template is done
Re: alternative forum design
The split at ATF (2nd pic) was formed by using Ange's theme. We didn't add that or do that.
