Change the hexadecimal colors as needed.

i tried to have multiply forums like this forum , but the result was this :

What blanks? If you do not have any topics in those forums, the last column will have blanks.

i dont mean on the latest topic box..but if we compare the multi(four) forums like here , there much more spaces in my forums than here...i want them to be very close each other/....do u understand what i want to mean?
