Facebook connect faulty!

Pls, I need urgent help on my Facebook connect. I travelled to another country and it seem they're low on internet coverages. Anytime I go to create the API for my site, it says "host not found" or "no server" on my phone. I went to the country to a business trip. Pls, my wish is, thus "can anyone help me create it with my website: niceplug.niceboard.com? Maybe after done, the person can text me its two codes so I can use it at my Admin Panel?
