Description of problem

I am trying to figure out why Admin, Mods and Owners cant have there own specific Rank Images? Could it be the Number of post? I don't want the Members have the same Images as us. But, when I was working on Admins it didn't change to the image I want. It has what one of our members have.

I have change the admin mod and Founder to have there own rank image but it doesn't show?
