Repeated Harassment & Image Theft

Hello again fine denizens & administration of ForuMotion. How is everyone feeling this morning?

I would like to thank the administration for help the other week with a certain forum, however that was JUST undone last night. Once again the owner (William Walkowitz Jr. who is also EVERY SINGLE MEMBER) of Ewrestlingalternativ.forumotion.net has reposted images of myself and my girlfriend. This is very disappointing as Bill blatantly ignored the admin here and posted the thread about myself and my girlfriend again. He has also decided to continue to cyber bully/harass me in several other topics as well as indirectly call out the people who here who are responsible for deleting his content.

I'm heavily considering taking legal action. Naturally I would like to avoid this. I like the way you people handle problems quickly and professionally and I would like remain professional and humble, without getting rude. Bill has also stolen several images from the E-Fed (Electronic Federation, it's forum based wrestling role playing games basically) from Extreme Wrestling Corporation (http://ewcprez.proboards.com). Through Twitter, the admin (Danny Mac/President Mac on his forums) has given me permission to resolve this peacefully with you folks.

Personally, I would like to see Bill's forums deleted and his emails banned as he uses proxies to get around IP Bans. I do not believe he will learn that stealing is wrong (he is a convict who was arrested September 15, 2010 for grand theft auto) and I do not believe he will stop harassing myself and my girlfriend, who he has attacked without any sort of provoking.

Through out his entire forums, he has repeated attacked myself and my friends Danny Mac, Triple B (requested his name be withheld) and Jaden Hunter (Xplode). I can repost the links as well as screen to each and every single offense that Bill has taken at any of us. I do check this area frequently, so I humbly request someone get back to me as soon as possible about what actions can be taken and what can be done.

So this is something that the litigation team took down but the person in question has posted them all up again?

I believe he's already filled out one Brandon by looking at his previous posts. Since he's already filled one out and action taken, there might be a quicker way if the person has already violated this rule once.

Edited my post Derri, didn't see your reply before already sending mine. Yes it seemed that way, I just didn't know what other advice to offer other then filling out another one. I will let you take care of it.

I contacted the litigation team and they explained me the situation. They told me they removed the topic and deleted the pictures of you and your girlfriend.

For the duplicate forum, you should contact Proboards, because we cannot do anything.

He's stealing FROM proboards. And yes, he's repeating his actions of posting and mocking myself and girlfriend based on our appearances despite your previous action to delete them.

If this person is cyber stalking you, I would contact my local authorities to see what they can do.

I'd like to keep Jonny Law out and use them as last resort, but I am going to be near a police station tomorrow. I would like the offending material and website removed. If he does it once again after, I will press charges.

Could an admin gey back to me on this?

If you see her admin account online this is not Buttercup this is a member of the staff from the head office that will use her account to do things in the ACP of this forum and not really buttercup.

I have recently been to these forums in question because of things Bill (Forum Operator) has said about other forums and the people from them. He has been called out on things before at RoughKut.com at the following link where it shows he has harassed multiple people online and has a criminal background that supports his problems.

He once again has pictures of Sedaiv on his forums. Mocking him, his mother and his girlfriend. This is the same man who in the mid 00's was heard on other forums sexually describing his own niece. He's a sick man. Hopefully this helps you as the issue is looked into.

I have links to proof. Should I also take some screen shots should he Delete anything? Can I post them publicly or should I post them privately to Buttercup?

All the information needs to be sent with the litigation report you send.  There is no need to post the proof here.

Just hold on tight and be pateint, as said above, Buttercup is on vacation and I am sure the litigation team is working on it.


Please be aware, however, even if they shut down his current.forum, they can't prevent him from creating a new one, so it will be a never ending cycle. Therefore eventually your only perament option may be to file harrasment charges with your local authorities. I know your trying to avoid that. I just wanted to make you aware of the possibility he could create more forums.

I would go ahead and contact the local authorities, because the people harassing you can create forums from different hosting providers.

I'm being hopeful here by showing I can shut his forum down, I can also have him arrested if he continues this.

They can, but an ip ban is easy to get around, you can reset your ip, use a different device, use a proxy server, there are many ways he can still create another forum. The point is... If this guy really wants to keep creating forums, he will find a way to do so. By whatever means is nessecary, as SLG says... He could simply use a different forum host that forumotion doesnt control or have any say over. In the end, your local authorites are probably your best bet on a permanent solution unfornately.

I'll be patient. Bill's parole officer told me to contact the police if she wants to help me. I'd love to see Buttercup delete his forum,

You can get him on alot of charges if I read right.....
