Rotating forum logo

Greetings all,

I am just getting a forum set up here, and it has been a while since I have done any coding. Back when I was, it was HTML and Java was just taking flight....

What I would like to do is set up a rotating Forum logo, that cycles through the available images every 24 hours.
I looked through the Admin panel and checked through the CSS stylesheet and I am not seeing a place where I might code this...
I am also not seeing where it is grabbing the logo image in the code...

Anyone have suggestions?
