If you mean an image, check here:
AP > Display > Colors & Pictures > Pics Management
Advanced Mode
First Tab
First one at the top.

Hi,

ACP(Admin Control Panel) > Display > Homepage > Headers and Navigation > Page headers > Display forum title : No

And hit Save.

Is that not the area for ads? If it is, you will have to use credits to remove the area.

No, it is header banner. My browser hid the ads.

@YoshiGM: I did it, that texts just are descriptions

You can hide that banner with CSS:

Code:
div#logostrip {
display: none !important;
}

ACP > Display > Colors > CSS Stylesheet

What ?
But i don't see anymore the "logged as.. USER" in your forum.
Are you sure, that is the "login space" that you want to hide ?

Well,
Right Click when you are logged in and select "inspect element" to find the correct ID of that space.
You will get the correct CSS. I think will be
Code:
#userlinks.connected

Then add the ID in the CSS with comma "," before "{"

And try again.....

Example:

Code:
#userlinks.connected, #userlinks.no-connected, div#logostrip {
display: none;
}

Do you understand ?

#userlinks.clearfix, #userlinks.no-connected, div#logostrip {
display: none;
}

Thank again!
