Fixing the navbar on hover

Post by Klemen on September 3rd 2015, 6:29 pm

I always thought the forumotion forum navbar wasn't too impressive and the hover effects look kinda amaterish.

Text increase on hover isn't a good looking effect, but the problem I want to adress is that all navbar links move down a bit when hovering over any of the links.

To fix that you would simply have to add something like this to the css:
Code:
ul.navlinks a.mainmenu:hover {
    line-height: 0em;
}

Before:

After:

Yeah, yeah I know I'm nitpicking, but it's really bothering me Razz

Don't worry, we'll be getting rid of that soon. Wink

Hey guys!

Well, I got here about 30 minutes ago, but the first thing I don't like was the navbar. I agree with your idea. I think the hover could be something more elegant, like a little bright and not change the font size. I hope more people come here to vote!

See you,
VitorC.
