Founder is not active

I signed up for a forum, but realized that the founder is not active and hasn't been active for more than 6 months.  So there is no one there to activate my account.  I am not sure if there is a way for me to become the Admin/Founder of this forum.  I read the rules at the link below, but am still not sure if they apply in my situation.  I guess I should write to Forumotion Administrator to find out.

If your not a active member of the forum then No there is not anything we can do you need to be a member of the forum.
