Description of problem

Hi. I have 2 questions.

1. Under group administration, I have created group names. I wish to select members and put them into groups. However, I can't seem to move members easily. I have to type in each member's name under Find a Username and then click Add Member. This is extremely troublesome.

Is there an easier way of simply having all the members' names listed and just tick on the checkbox to group them up?

2. Is there a way for me to set automatically email notifications to members each time a post is posted in the forum? Can I for example designate a group of members and have the members receive email notifications each time the Admin, moderator or a member post a new post?

Thank you very much for your kind advice.

1.  Sorry, there is not a easier way.

2.  No.  Each member will have to set it up themselves in their profiles.
