Solved Changing a password

I am the owner of the group and am wondering am I able to change up a password for one of the members? she tried her old one and its not letting her in. I have 2 ppl having this problem.

You can here:

AP > Users & Groups > Users > Search Users
Press the usernames which will load their profiles.  Change the passwords then inform the members of the new passwords.

can I not just click on their name in the memberlist and change it in their profile?

You can not change it there.  Scroll down and you sure see a link that says profile.  Press it and the profile will load in the administration panel.
