Renewing Domain
Hi, I just bought some extra credits, and was thinking I would renew my domain name early to avoid any possible future problems with Paypal (like not being able to use it to purchase again when renewal comes up)
but when I went to try to renew my domain name early, it said this:
"For the moment you can't renew your personalized domain name...."
Is this normal, or is there another reason why we can not renew early.
Sorry if this might not be in the right place, but am wondering if no early
renewals has anything to do with the other.

Hello @DigiScrapCafe
I am really sorry you are facing a problem with renewing your domain name.
This is down to your Domain name still having more then 25 days left on it
We only offer one year at a time and you will have to get a warning in the ACP and a Email from us before you can make a payment to renew Domain.
I / We know you are worried that paypal may not be working when you go to renew your domain but as long as you pay for credits they will be safe on your ACP account and you can use them credits when ever you like as it don't need paypal once you have paid.
so buy the credits any time and then just use them when your Domain name renew comes up.
I hope that helps you in what your asking.

Re: Renewing Domain
PayPal is only used to buy credits. Spending credits does not need PayPal.
