Hello,

This sounds like a permissions problem. Double check to make sure you set your permissions right. You can do thus by going to: ACP (Admin panel)-->General--->Categories and forums. Click the little yellow gear icon, go to permissions. Make sure 'can edit and delete own posts' is ticked.

Are you looking at the advanced permissions?

Are you saying that you can't edit things either? Could it be maybe your missing an edit button/icon? You can check this in: ACP(Admin Control Panel) > Display > Pictures and Colors > Pics management > Advanced Mode , look through the tabs you until you find 'edit' . If nothing is there, see if you can find one or get one made and then add it next to edit, then hit save.
