Can you control guest's seeing ads on a Paid forum?

Description of problem

Our forum is paid for so we do not see ads. However, guests do see ads. Normally this would not bother me. One of our members however is having issues getting in because her Norton anti virus throws a fit when she is signing in. Once she signs in she is fine it is just getting to that point.

The forum hold number of active users and the just guest users. If the administrator set the forum to hold only the active user view the paid services add forums is a possibility. Bu I never think that this will make any problem to the add and the forum. Can you please ask the member what ads are getting blocked on He's / Her Norton anti virus ?
and is this all the time.

It could be that it is not an add and it could be your forum so i would ask you to get the member to add your site/ Forum to the safe list on there Norton anti virus.

This should solve the problem if it is your forum and not the Ads.
