Are you talking about the ads?  If you want to remove them, you have to use credits.

Please change the title of your topic to something that is related to your question/issue, so that other users will be able to find their question/issue using the search engine.

The removal is automatically done. There's is no way to remove ads prior to your payment. However, you can still buy credits using other methods like AlloPass.

It's actually pretty easy and simple. Just go to your Admin CP >> Misc >> Credits management >> Spend Credits >> Ads

It costs 1000 credits to remove ads to your members (which means removing ads for everyone that has an account in your forum) and 2000 credits to remove ads for both members and guests. These values are for a 12 month removal. You can, of course, make these periods smaller and therefore obtain a smaller price. You'll be able to check that out for yourself.

If your country is not supported via AlloPass, you must then use other payment methods (like Paypal).

Forumotion does not have any control over which countries are listed in the payment methods.
