Mobile Version and hperlinks

Post by hooptowngta on November 20th 2015, 7:46 pm

When users use the Mobile Version as a Guest, they can not click on any links in the posts.
However, if they login, then they can click on any links that are in the posts.

Is there a way that Guest are also allowed to click on the links in a post?

For example. If I have this in a post:
Visit http://google.com

Guest who are using the Mobile version can not click on the link http://google.com
But Member that are logged in, can click on the link.

Is there a way that Guest are also allowed to click on the link?

Hi,

Are the guests able to see links on the desktop version of your forum? But they can't on their mobile devices? Please check the Permissions of your forums and "See links in the messages : All".

I have tested 2 different forums and in both of them (using the mobile version) I was able to click the links. Could you please send me your forum URL so I can do the tests on it? Please, also send the URL of the topic which you're experiencing the error.

See you.

Guest can click on the link using a desktop computer. They can't click on the links using the mobile version.

Yes, those permissions are set to See All.

Here's a specific post: http://hooptowngtaforums.forumotion.com/t16156-hooptowngta-s-super-16-nov-15

Hi,

I was able to reproduce the problem. Could you please create a new message/topic using a BBCode like this (instead of just pasting the URL):

Code:
[url=http://hooptowngtaforums.forumotion.com/t16156-hooptowngta-s-super-16-nov-15]http://hooptowngtaforums.forumotion.com/t16156-hooptowngta-s-super-16-nov-15[/url]

Thanks!

I made those corrections to the post, but still the same result.

I created a new test post and the same results.
Here's the link to the test post http://hooptowngtaforums.forumotion.com/t16178-test
