In progress How would I add new commands to the chatbox?

Hey, I was wondering if there was I way I could add commands to the chatbox. The command I want to add is /blue. This can only be used by mods and admins and changes the text color blue. If anyone knows the code for this and where I would add it. Please reply.

Staff members can just use the color palette button in the chatbox to use a blue text.

Well, I want it so only staff can use it. Currently everyone is able to change the text color.
