Checkbox + Profile Tabs Style

Hello guys.
2 questions.
First , I searched but I didnt find it , from the past , a topic which in it the user requested for the checkboxes style in the profile edit specifically , he wanted ioS Style and someone gave him a link of a website with some styles to choose. So do u know this site or similar?
And my second question is about the tabs , what is the css for these tabs to change color , a:hover ,a:focus etc?
