Solved Acess

I am not the best with computers at all and was not sure where to post this.

I am the founder of this forum - http://tskd.forumotion.co.uk

I somehow cannot access my account. No matter which password I try it says its wrong. I might be able to access the founder's email but I can't remember what one I used. Obviously I cannot check without accessing the account.

What can I do?

I have read that and it says you need to provide the email used to create the forum, even under the lost the email section. I don't know what email I used as I said above because I can't access it. So I can't pm the email used.

Hello,

Try following case 4 of the tutorial, in the pm include the forum url and a list of every email you might have used to create the forum. Managers have a tool that can tell them what the foundation email is so they will know what it is and if one of the ones listed by you is it, they will tell. Smile

I tried pm 'Buttercup' and it says she doesn't accept pms. Plus I have hundreds of different alias's I have used since I started that form. I have no idea what it could be.

I guess I might have to give up on it ...

Hi sorry to double post but by some miracle I found out what email my admin account is using for that site. Hopefully its the founder email otherwise don't know what I am going to do.

Anyhow going to send the pm - so this could be closed Very Happy

I sent the pm to Ange Tuteur but the forum suddenly has decided to grant me access which is embarrassing. So the problem is solved.
