Okay, all the Hello Kitty skins that are available are in the link I provided. If you do not think any of them are fantastic then you can request art here in the Graphic Design Section.

Please know if you are requesting art it will ate a long time to get everything you want to customize your forum as you are only allowed 2 requests per week. When requesting graphics, you need to be detailed so that the artist can provide you with icons that you think are fantastic.

Edit: If you want that theme then just add it, then request art for the little thing you want to change.

We do not do theme requests sorry. You will have to find a forum that offers that service or else find one on hitskin as clashmedic mentioned .
