Solved Centering elements

Post by Anzo on January 16th 2016, 11:15 am

Hello, It's been a while Very Happy

I have this small issue concerning centering lists and divs. I tried the 'margin:auto;' but it's not working properly.

This is the page I'm working on: http://webmun.forumarabia.com/h1-webmun-index

I'd like the list at the footer to be centered in the middle of the footer. Instead, It always goes either way too much on the left or to the right.

Thanks in advance Very Happy

Try replacing every <li class="mun_footer_li">Text here</li> with this:

Code:
<center><li class="mun_footer_li">Text here</li></center>

Try adding this to your css:

Code:
#mun_footer {
  text-align: center;
}
#mun_footer_marg {
  display: inline-block;
}

Neither works.

EDIT: Nevermind, I centered it.

EDIT 2: I have another centering issue. I want to center the grey tiles in the middle of the page, there is a bit of empty space to the right that I cannot get rid of.

When you remove the
Code:
float: left;
from
Code:
.mun_floating_box
, then it seems all centered.
