You need to send the pm to a manager so they can help you reset your password. It says it in the tutorial Wink.

I replied, but you need to send the requested information outlined in case 4 of that tutorial, once you have done so and that manager comes on and reads it, they will assist you in resetting your password.

Note: You should send the information to only 1 manager, otherwise you could end up having your password reset multiple times.

Send your Email address and your forum address to me >> I will then send it on to the right staff member for you.

They will then Email you or PM you when they get online

The staff members who can handle password reset are listed at the bottom of the tutorial. You can see them in the screenshot below: .

Send a pm with the requested information to one of the staff listed there. I would't send it to Buttercup right now only because it is the weekend and the main office is closed, so you would end up waiting until tommorow for you to get a response and your password reset. Remmeber, also that you should only send your pm to only 1 of the staff members listed there, or else your password may end up being reset multiple times.
