Forumotion forums are down?

Hello,
Are the forumotion forums down now? I watched that all forums which hosted on forumgreek.com domain are down? Is it a kind of a maintenance?

Does this seem to only happen to Forumgreek forums? I have personally not had any problems accessing any of the sites I go on.

We were not told of any maintence, so if there is, it was probably not planned. Do you get some kind of error message when you try to load a forum? May you include a screenshot?

Edit: Just tried going on other forumotion forums, some of them load and some of them don't. Maybe there is a problem with 1 specific server? I will make inquiry about this for you.

It is happening in all forumotion forums which are hosting in all forumotion sub-domains. I think it is a global problem probably on a datatacenter.

I don't think it is ALL of them, as I said I can access my forum just fine and the support forum here, however, certain other ones won't load.

I try to access your forum too but it is not loading too.



Maybe the problem is on a DNS Server and it cannot serve all areas.

Now that is weird... As I can access it without issues. Maybe your right, maybe it is based on area. I have made inquiry topic about this and will let you know when I have more info.

Just out of curiousity, if they are all down for you, how are accessing the support forum?

Yes now I can I access this support forum only via proxy server.

Our technicians have just informed us that our forum backups may take longer than expected. It is highly possible to have slowdowns and get error messages. But don't worry, it won't affect your forum content and it should be over by the end of the day. 



We are doing our best to fix the problem as fast as possible.

Thank you for the providing info. Backups are really necessary for our forums. Ok we are waiting patiently for the comeback.

Are these servers related with problem?

Everything seems to be running normal for me again on the other forums I couldn't access earlier. Is this solved on your end as well @Black-Shadow?
