(To be also in the centar )

To center it all you can use this css:

Code:
ul.topiclist.forums dd.dterm {
  text-align: center;
}

My guess is that the subforums are just links to their page set in the category description. You can use the html code for a link
Code:
<a href="target-url">text</a>
or the known bbcodes, these will be converted to html.

Do I have to apply it to every single category I have? Cannot be done by css or something else?

First try it on one category and see if it works. I think this is the easiest way. Also, I modified the code.

Try:
Code:
ul.topiclist.categories dd.dterm {
text-align: center;
}

Not sure it will work, make sure to change the category title to the normal one you had before before adding just in case.

Code:
ul.topiclist dd.dterm, ul.topiclist dt {
  text-align: center;
}
If it does not work, add !important after center.

I added the code below and it worked.

Code:
<div align="center">CATEGORY TITLE<div>
[/quote]

Only issue is you changed the Topics and Posts column and the center thing only works from the start of the text to that point, not the whole forum width.
