Why forumotion has removed their soecial rank bg gladients color?

Long time ago, I saw a wonderful special rank bg color of Butturcup, SLGray and old staff Sanket. But now a days I don't see that special gladients image of forumotion staff. Anyone please make that image for me and for my forum? I want that gladient of forumotion staff for my forum. Please anyone give me link of that gladients

First of all this is not the section for graphic requests, please make all graphic requests in our Graphic Design section.

Second of all they haven't really been removed, how they are displayed has just changed. You see the colored bar above staff members' posts? That is the staff gradient, it is still there, it just displays above the post instead of in the background now.
