Solved Navi Bar Space Issue

Post by The Awakened on January 27th 2016, 11:51 pm

Hello. I'm hoping to remove the space between the images so that it becomes one whole bar. How am I able to do that?

There is also a section there that redirects me to the calendar even if the image is not there. It's between Portal and F&Q's. Is there a way for me to remove that part as well?

Thanks in advance!

Solved Re: Navi Bar Space Issue

Post by APE on January 28th 2016, 1:30 am

Thats Okay lol

ok here is the problem Wink

Please follow this easy step:

Step 1:
ACP(Admin Control Panel) > Display > Pictures and Colors > Colors > CSS > Search in CSS : in the top box put in this part of the code and click search

Find :

Code:
#submenu ul li a

it should look like this

Code:
#submenu ul li a {
color: #000;
margin: .5em 1em .65em 0;
padding: .5em 1em .65em 0;
text-decoration: none;
}

Remove it and add this code in its place Wink
Replace with:

Code:
#submenu ul li a {

color: #000;

text-decoration: none;

}

Save.

Now your see this is all as it should be

Screen shot:

Okay as you can see there is a small gap by Forum and FAQ this is down to a hid button to fix this do the following step

Step 2:
ACP(Admin Control Panel) > Display > Homepage > Headers and Navigation > Nav links

Now after forum is a button on the left hand side is little green Arrows pointing up and down
Move the one next to forum up until it is at the top and then SAVE

Now you should have that gap gone Wink

ok just add this code to the top of your CSS files and save

Code:
  #submenu ul li a {
  color: #000;
  text-decoration: none;
  }

as for the pain in the Butt Button yes you can ask the ACP to hide it always by the following

ACP(Admin Control Panel) > Display > Pictures and Colors > Pics management > General / explore find the button you want to remove and tick the Hide Box Now SAVE It will then Hide the button
