Solved Registration Section

Post by The Awakened on January 28th 2016, 7:34 pm

Hello! I discovered a very old forum that had an image as it's registration page link as shown below

It was made that that when you would click the image, it would take you to the registration page. I'm hoping to make one similar to that but for Invision. i would also love to know if i could make it so that by click on 'buttons' there, it would take you to the registration page or log in depending on the choice chosen.

Thanks in advance!

I see link. So, create widget and choose "table widget type: no" (or something like that...)

Than paste this code into that:

Code:
<style type="text/css">
a#ikerepc_wid_log{
position: fixed;
bottom: 10px;
right: 10px;
z-index: 30000;
width: WIDTH HERE;
height: HEIGHT HERE;
background: transparent;
text-decoration: none;
}
</style>

<a href="/register" id="ikerepc_wid_log"><img src="IMG URL HERE" alt="Register" /></a>

It should work. Say if something's wrong.
Replace IMG URL HERE with img url and WIDTH HERE and HEIGHT HERE with height and width few pixels (px) bihger than image. Eg. If img is 50px use like 52px or so

Hm.. The link works, but the image doesn't show up at all. Here's what I have.

Code:
<style type="text/css">
a#ikerepc_wid_log{
position: fixed;
bottom: 10px;
right: 10px;
z-index: 30000;
width: 160;
height: 160;
background: transparent;
text-decoration: none;
}
</style>  <a href="/register" id="ikerepc_wid_log"><img src="http://i.imgur.com/7H3CWVF.png" alt="Register" /></a>

EDIT: Nevermind, saw the mistake. But, is there a way for it only to show in the index page when someone isnt logged on already?

It's working now?

You can maybe put 0px for bottom and right or change it to left to see how it's working if you like Wink
